Below is information about the award distribution and instructions. Kindly note that the Book Prize certificate and Prize Book will only be given to winning students. Adult pick up on behalf of the students is not allowed.  

1. Date: Friday, May 28th, 2021

2. Venue:  La Salle College, 18 La Salle Road, Kowloon

3. Time: 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm

4. Dress code:  School uniform (if applicable) or smart casual as professional photographers will be taking photos.  All photos will be uploaded onto Dropbox for downloading. When the photos are ready, links will be sent to email addresses that were provided during the nomination process.

5. Students: There are five (5) designated tables for registration. Before you arrive, it is important that you check your school name in the table here and sign in at the correct Registration Table. (Please see attached table) We will adhere to all government social distancing measures, so your cooperation to read all information before arriving will be greatly appreciated. 

Temperature will be taken upon entry into La Salle campus. Please head to your designated table to collect your certificate and book. Following that, please head to the photoshoot area for professional photos. Once you have completed both, you may leave the campus and photos will be shared to you when they are ready.
